Greenoffered to legalize private armies
President of Ukraine Vladimir Selensky advocated the drafting of a bill on private military companies in Ukraine. He said this at a meeting of the Advisory Council on Veterans Affairs, the press service of the head of state informs.
"There are two draft law on the private army that are not registered in the parliament. There are no restrictions on one of them. This is a bill that a business group can officially make for itself a private army. And it's very dangerous," he said.

anies.The President believes that the Advisory Council could help to develop a balanced bill.
He added that the council's priority legislative developments should be offered in the near future, so th
at the parliament has time to adopt them by the closing of the current session. Sergey Kunitsyn has been appointed as its head.
The document says that the agency was created to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of war veterans, family members of the dead (deceased) defenders of Ukraine and combatants in other states, as well as persons who are illegally detained in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
